Events such as our Summer Family BBQ, seasonal gatherings, and office socials bring staff together in meaningful ways.
Our annual Innovation Expo provides a structured forum for teams to present emerging projects, prototypes, and research initiatives. Through our Corporate Affiliate partnership with UCSB, students are invited to experience our technology and engage with engineering teams.

Engineering capability is built over time, through mentorship, hands-on experience, and opportunity.
We are committed to expanding access to STEM education while creating meaningful pathways into technology careers. Our teams participate in partnerships that expand access to opportunity and introduce students to real-world engineering challenges.
Our paid internship program, now approaching its 20th year, provides hands-on experience alongside our engineering teams. Interns work full-time during the summer and part-time during the academic year, contributing to projects that have a real impact.
Today, one in three of our full-time engineers began as interns, reflecting our sustained investment in early-career development.
