The FLIR ISC0704 is a 320 × 256 format, 30 micron device designed for low power applications using InSb detectors. The detector layout is compatible with the ISC9705 but operated in single output mode only to achieve the <20mW power dissipation. A 60 Hz frame rate is achieved operating in integrate-while-read mode.
