The FLIR ISC9901 is a large format ROICs compatible with P-on-N detectors like InSb, QWIP, InGaAs, and MCT, this 640 × 512 array is a small brother to our ISC9803 device, with a smaller pixel pitch of 20 microns. It offers advanced features like windowing, image transposition, adjustable gain, and multiple output channels allowing date rates of up to 97 frames/sec for full frame operation and 930 frames/sec for small window sizes.
