The FLIR ISC0802 is a 1344 × 784 format, 14-micron pixel device designed for use with low reverse bias detectors such as InSb or MCT. This HD format ROIC can operate in 4, 8 or 16 output mode, achieving a 120 Hz frame rate in 16-output mode. The ISC0802 supports windowing, adjustable integration time, integrate-while-read or integrate-then-read modes as well as adjustable bias and power settings.
